Ross Reimer the founder and President spent 20 years in the industry as an owner with Reimer Express Lines Ltd. prior to launching his consulting practice. Reimer maintains a large database of clients and candidates. As the business grew, there was a need to centralize the database to make it accessible to other employees. There was also the need to make the database accessible from anywhere since the business involves a lot of mobility.

KMP developed a Web application for Reimer Associates that is accessible to all employees wherever a Web browser is available. Using this application, any Reimer employee can manage clients and candidates, store resumes and cover letters, make notations, search notations, resumes and cover letters, and create and execute email campaigns, all via the Web.
