Sep 30 2010 - KMP Designs announced today the launch of kmplete, their integrated service management software product.

"Our goal is to help service businesses stop using paper as the medium for information capture and replace it with our technology, cutting costs, streamlining operations, improving productivity, and increasing competitive advantage," says company President, Keith Patterson.

Kmplete uses tablet technology from Motion Computing to the replace paper used by mobile field service technicians. This eliminates chasing, losing and transcribing paper, activities that costs businesses more than they know.

On the depot service side, kmplete supports paperless information flows between the plant floor and the office and is a truly end-to-end solution supporting all major business functions.
